Original Garments For Purchase

To Order Since each piece is hand made and one-of-a-kind, the only way to order is to use email link to send Lotus Couture Designs you email address and then Lotus will send you back an invoice through PayPal with shipping included. Once you payment has been recieved your garment will be shipped and you will recieve an email confirmation of shipment. When ordering mor then one item, shipping may be combined with other items. In the additional instruction to seller simply write "please combine shipping". Each garment is one of a kind and individually made. No two garments are exactly alike. So be prepared to order any garment you like because it may not be available the next time you shop. You may see a similar pattern but with different fabric or embellishments or the same fabric but in a different styled garment.

If you order a garment that is no longer available, your credit card will not be charged, Lotus Couture Designs will notify you immediately. You will be contacted by email to ask if you would like to change your order or have another similar garment made for you. If not your order will simply be cancelled.

To Return you first must contact designer by email lisa@lotuscouturedesigns.com to get permission to return since all garments are one-of-a-kind. Since items are hand made and one-of-a-kind they may only be returned for improper fit or quality of garment. When returning for fit they may be exchanged for a different size. Since quality is guaranteed, all returns are at buyers expense. If exchanging due to fit, the designer will pay for the return back to the customer for the exchange only, any more after that will be at buyers expense unless otherwise authorized by designer. Customers have 3 business days after recieving garment to contact designer for exchange or return.
